    • Held a dual mandate spanning enterprise-wide AI capability building and corporate technology governance for a national smart-mobility and public-safety technology company.
    • Designed and institutionalised a PMO playbook governing the full project lifecycle; led governance audits, maturity assessments and remediation roadmaps.
    • Raised enterprise-architecture maturity and clarified the governance operating model, aligning technology investment with corporate strategy.
    • Overhauled policies, processes and the SDLC with CMMI-aligned quality controls, and modernised delivery with CI/CD-enabled DevOps.
