- Direct Saudi Arabia's national data and AI capability-development arm, owning the strategy, portfolio and delivery of advanced training programmes, bootcamps and professional certifications.
- Translate Vision 2030 and Human Capability Development Program priorities into a measurable academy portfolio with defined KPIs and impact metrics.
- Structure and manage strategic partnerships with universities, research institutions and industry to co-develop curricula and scale accredited learning pathways.
- Govern academy-wide quality assurance, assessment and certification frameworks against international standards, including a phased roadmap towards ISO 21001 educational-organisation certification.
- Introduced the academy’s instructor and subject-matter-expert evaluation and accreditation framework, and the KPI and executive-scorecard model used to steer the portfolio.
- Expanded the advanced portfolio into agentic AI, data and AI engineering and generative-AI productivity tracks, aligned to the national qualifications and occupational-standards frameworks.

- Raised enterprise-architecture maturity and clarified the governance operating model, aligning technology investment with corporate strategy.
